Refund & Return Policy for Maine Coon Kittens

We want you to feel confident and supported when bringing one of our Maine Coon kittens into your home. That’s why we’ve developed a transparent and fair refund and return policy that puts the health of our kittens—and your peace of mind—first.

Refunds

  • Health & Genetics Guarantee:
    If your licensed veterinarian finds any health discrepancies not previously disclosed in our records—or identifies a genetic issue—you are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Verification Process for Genetic Issues:
    To request a replacement kitten instead of a refund, please provide written documentation from two licensed veterinarians from separate clinics, confirming the genetic condition.

  • Change of Circumstances (within 90 days):
    If within 90 days of adoption you find yourself unable to properly care for your Maine Coon kitten, you may return them for a full refund. A health check will be required to ensure the kitten is still in good condition. If the kitten’s health has been compromised due to environmental or care issues, a refund may not be granted.

  • After 90 Days:
    Returns after 90 days will still be accepted, but no refund will be issued.

Returns

  • Early Return Due to Care Challenges (within 90 days):
    You are welcome to return the kitten if you’re unable to provide care. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • Health-Related Return (within first 7 days):
    If a veterinarian determines that the kitten has a genetic defect or illness during a checkup within 7 days of purchase, we will not only provide a full refund, but also cover the return shipping fee.

  • Returns After 90 Days:
    Returns are accepted after 90 days if you can no longer care for your kitten, but shipping costs will be your responsibility and no refund will be issued.
